Polish your boots, dust off your Stetson and round up your friends! Fort Bend County Fair Association will be hosting our 11th Annual Exceptional Rodeo.

Exceptional Rodeo will pair children (ages 3 to 12, living in Fort Bend County) with intellectual, developmental and/or physical disabilities, with professional cowboys, cowgirls & volunteers to help assist in fun and non-competitive rodeo activities.

Together we will make this a truly EXCEPTIONAL event! See you there, Pardner!

Circle October 2, 2026, on your calendar. Our rodeo will start at 10 a.m. in the O.D. Tucker Arena located at the Fort Bend Fairgrounds.

The Details

WHO: Kids, 3 to 12, Fort Bend County residents, with intellectual, developmental and/or physical disabilities.

WHAT: Exceptional Rodeo is hosted by the Fort Bend County Fair Association’s Exceptional Rodeo Committee

WHEN: Friday, October 2, 2026, starting promptly at: 10:00 am

WHERE: O.D. Tucker Rodeo Arena at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All entry forms/applications must be received by 3:00 pm on September 11th.

Space is limited – first come first serve with completed entry forms and notification by the committee.

Completed entries that meet the requirements of the Exceptional Rodeo will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
