Exhibitors are required to submit their entry and $50.00 entry fee online at https://fbcfa.fairwire.com no later than May 09, 2024. All heifers will be officially entered, ear-tagged for identification, and aged on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds – Barn H. All paperwork (entry form, W9, and Release of Liability) must be submitted and completed by May 09, 2024. Online Entry will only allow the exhibitor to enter one halter heifer online. The exhibitor can still tag-in 3 halter heifers, with 2 being eligible to show at the Fair. For each division an online entry and /or paperwork (entry form, W9, and Release of Liability) that is not submitted and/or not completed by the deadline, there will be a late fee of $50.00 per exhibitor.
