ONLINE ENTRY / PAPERWORK TURN IN DEADLINE - Thursday, May 9, 2024, by 4 PM
MOCK TAG IN / SCRAPBOOK PICK UP - May 11, 2024, from 7 - 9:30 AM (no calves present)
SCRAPBOOKS DUE - Thursday, August 22, 2024 (This is for ALL Bucket Calf Exhibitors)
BUCKET CALF CHECK IN / SHOW - Saturday, September 21, 2024 (Begins at the conclusion of Ring A Jr Heifer Show that begins at 10:00 AM)

Showmen ages 5-8 years old, Kindergarten to 2nd grade, work hard to raise a calf by feeding and caring for it, teaching them responsibility and giving them a firsthand experience in the world of raising livestock.

PRIOR TO MOCK TAG-IN

**FOR 2024 – ONLINE DOCUMENT SUBMISSION**

Entry Form, W-9, and Release of Liability will now be submitted ONLINE during the online entry/payment process.

Exhibitors are required to submit their 2024 Bucket Calf entry and $20.00 entry fee online no later than Thursday, May 9, 2024, by 4 PM. All paperwork (entry form and Release of Liability) must be submitted and completed by May 9, 2024. If a late entry form and/or paperwork is turned in and/or completed at mock tag-in, Fort Bend County Fair will access a $10.00 late fee along with the $20.00 entry fee.

The Exhibitor is required to submit the following through ShoWorks at the time of entry.

Release of Liability (Please make sure to fill out correctly and have parent/guardian initial.)

***On the Online Entry System, it will ask for SS# and Quality Counts Number, please put 000-00-0000 for the SS# and 0 for Quality Counts Number.***

Prior to Entry Checkout:

You will be prompted to fill out a W-9 in a fillable PDF format. For the SS# please put 000-00-0000.
You will be prompted to upload a completed Release of Liability. Please fill out the ROL as usual, then upload when prompted.
You will not be allowed to complete your entries and payment without these documents being completed.

After Entry Checkout:

1^st, please complete the Division Entry Form.
After payment, click on the "upload files" button. **If entering in multiple divisions, be sure you are uploading the correct Entry Form for the correct division.
Select "choose file", select the document you wish to upload, then press the upload button.
It will say "upload complete" when it has been completed.
You can then press done and exit.
Congratulations! Your online entry and paperwork have now been completed.
