Prior to tag-in, exhibitors are required to submit their entry and $50.00 entry fee online at https://fbcfa.fairwire.com no later than May 09, 2024. All heifers will be officially entered, ear-tagged for identification, and aged on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds – Barn H. All paperwork (entry form, W9, and Release of Liability) must be submitted and completed by May 09, 2024. Online Entry will only allow the exhibitor to enter one halter heifer online. The exhibitor can still tag-in 3 halter heifers, with 2 being eligible to show at the Fair. For each division an online entry and /or paperwork (entry form, W9, and Release of Liability) is not submitted and/or not completed by the deadline, there will be a late fee of $50.00 per exhibitor.

A signed statement from the breeder as to the age, date of purchase of heifer, vaccination verification by ear tag, and tattoo for Brucellosis must be presented at the tag in on Saturday, May 11, 2024. The ear tag shall also be visible at Fair check-in. Breeder tags must be removed or will be removed by the committee at tag-in.

Pen of Two - Record books MUST be turned in by Thursday, August 22, 2024. Record books will be forwarded to a judge prior to the Fair to be judged. Any exhibitor not turning in a record book will be ineligible to show at the Fort Bend County Fair. Record Book forms will be available at tag-in.
