The 2024 Fort Bend County Fair BBQ Cook-Off will be held the weekend BEFORE the Fair & Rodeo starts. That's September 20 & 21!!! Check out the experience of 74 cook-off teams competing for the grand prize. It's a smokin' good time!!!

Returning 2023 teams, must fill out the deposit form and pay online or call the office to pay the $50 deposit fee to secure your space for 2024! All deposits are due by March 28, 2024, by 4pm. NO EXCEPTIONS! Forms should be emailed to BBQ@FBCFA.ORG.

Interested NEW BBQ teams should fill out the Waitlist Form, email to BBQ@FBCFA.ORG and will pay the non-refundible $50 deposit, to be added to the list.
